To test your browser plug-ins and for information about how to use NGAkids interactives on your Windows or Macintosh computer, please visit our NGAkids TECH SUPPORT FAQ. That page will open in a new browser window or tab. Simply close the top window to return here.
We are happy to answer questions and to help you troubleshoot any problems that arise. If our online programs are incompatible with your computer, we also are offering free CDs for PCs and Macs as well as downloadable applications for Mac OS. The offline interactives do not require an web browser or a live internet connection.
If you need technical support, or if you'd simply like to share some feedback about our programs, send a comment to NGAkids. Be sure to provide information about your computer and your browser, tell us what plug-in version you are using, and give us a description of the problem, as well as an address where we can contact you.

NGAkids interactives require Adobe's Shockwave Player. (We recommend using the "full" installer, not the "slim" version for greater compatibility.)
NGAkids Art Zone for iPad, featuring nine new interactive activities, will be published later this summer. Learn more about NGAkids for iPad.
