Overview: 102 drawings, a survey of 19th-century work in Italy, came from collections in Rome, Florence, and Milan, as well as from public and private owners in the United States.

Organization: This traveling exhibition was organized by Roberta J.M. Olson of Wheaton College for the American Federation of Arts.

Sponsor: The exhibition was supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
