Overview: More than 142 etchings, lithographs, pochoirs, and illustrated books were on view, dating from 1908 through the mid-1930s. The works were created by 35 artists and came from 35 public and private collections in France, England, Canada, and the United States.
Organization: The exhibition was assembled by Burr E. Wallen of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Coordinator at the National Gallery was Andrew Robison, curator of prints and drawings.
