Group Meal Plan Reservation Guidelines

• Group minimum is 20.
• Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• A final guest count is due 72 business hours before your visit.
• The Cascade Café does not reserve seating.
• The $5.50 Children’s Meal Vouchers are for children 10 and under only.
• There are no substitutions for any items listed on the vouchers.
• The Salad Bar is not included with any vouchers.
• A combination of different vouchers may be purchased for one visit (example: 30 vouchers at $9.50 and 25 vouchers at $13.35).
• Payment options: Cash, credit card, or cashier’s check.
• A Federal or Washington, DC Tax Exempt Certificate must be presented in lieu of 10% Washington, DC sales tax.
• We do not mail out vouchers. Vouchers are issued on the day of your visit, upon receipt of payment.
• Payment is not processed until your arrival on-site, to accommodate potential last-minute changes to the group count.
• We recommend arranging to have one person pick up vouchers prior to your group’s arrival for lunch (this allows easy distribution of the vouchers at meal time).
