To request Faces and Places, complete and submit this form at least four weeks in advance of the tour date you are requesting. Our schedule fills very quickly due to the volume of tour requests. Please indicate alternative dates on your form.
Please note: The Gallery is no longer taking School Tour requests for this academic year. Please check back on August 1, 2012 to begin requesting School Tours for the 2012–2013 academic year.
