This planting bed is being prepared for its springtime show. The yellow flowers on the ‘Crème Brûlée’ coreopsis will soon fade. However, the recently planted ‘Patty’s Plum’ and ‘Royal Chocolate Distinction’ poppies will bloom in the spring. As the poppies fade in the summer heat, ‘Disco Belle’ white hibiscus (Hibiscus moscheutos) will enter full flower. Keep your eyes on this planting!
