Dürer to Delacroix: Great Master Drawings from Stockholm

Overview: 118 master drawings were shown, ranging from the 15th to the 19th century. The exhibition was coordinated by Diane De Grazia. It was organized by the Nationalmuseum of Sweden with 3 participating American museums: the National Gallery of Art, Kimbell Art Museum, and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. The exhibition was supported by Volvo North America Corporation and by an indemnity from the Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities.

Attendance: 159,955 (70 days)

Location: West Building, Ground Floor, Graphics Galleries GS-1, GS-2, GS-3, G-4 (2,500 sq. ft.)
