Roy Lichtenstein: A New Gift of Drawings

April 23–July 24, 2005

Overview: 13 recently acquired drawings that Roy Lichtenstein created between 1973 and 1992 were shown in this presentation. The drawings were the gift of the family of Roy Lichtenstein and the Roy Lichtenstein Foundation in memory of art collector Jane Meyerhoff, who died October 16, 2004. The drawings relate to 11 paintings by Lichtenstein in the Robert and Jane Meyerhoff Collection.
