ADDS FOREIGN LANGUAGE TOURS IN CHINESE AND KOREAN

Washington, DC--Responding to the needs of Chinese- and Korean- speaking visitors, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, has introduced guided tours in Chinese and Korean. Visitors will be briefed on the collections, history, and architecture of the Gallery. Foreign language tours currently offered by the Gallery include Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, and French. Some tours are scheduled on weekends as well as weekdays.

One-hour tours in Chinese take place once a month on Wednesdays. One-hour tours in Korean take place twice a month on Saturdays. Tours of the West Building begin at 12 noon in the West Building Rotunda and tours of the East Building begin at 2:00 p.m. at the East Building art information desk. In addition to the above schedules, the Gallery also offers foreign language tours on a by-appointment-only basis.
