Celebrate Great American Food and Art

The Great American Picnic Basket – $25
At this year's Jazz in the Garden, skip the lines by preordering this keepsake basket that serves two. American picnic fare includes Saratoga water, summer sausage and cheese, fresh-baked artisan breads, two gourmet spreads, and local seasonal fruit. The basket also contains a stamped postcard of an American masterpiece from the Gallery's collection, a pen, and a current Calendar of Events.

The Great American Collection
The National Gallery of Art's newly reinstalled American galleries display some 150 paintings by virtually every important figure in American painting through the early 20th century, including George Bellows, George Catlin, Frederic Edwin Church, Thomas Eakins, Winslow Homer, Rembrandt Peale, Gilbert Stuart, and James McNeill Whistler.

The National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden, located on the National Mall at 7th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, is bounded by Constitution Avenue and Madison Drive and by 7th and 9th Streets NW.
