Biography

Born 25 February 1914 in Perpignan and died in 21 July 1944. He was killed in the Fontainebleau forest by the Nazi army. Rius was the secretary of André Breton at the end of the 1930s and during WWII, edited the surrealist collection of La Main à plume (1941-1944) with Jean-François Chabrun, Gérald de Sède, Noël Arnault...and his wife Laurence Iché.
