During the November Artful Conversations sessions, we will explore how careful looking at a work of art can inspire mindful movement. We’ll be joined by Alicia Sokol, Washington, DC-based movement specialist and owner of barre3 14th Street NW. Alicia specializes in finding joy, healing, and belonging through movement. Please join the session wearing comfortable clothing and with enough space to move your bodies.

Registration is required for this free program. An adult is required to attend the session alongside the child(ren). This topic is offered several times; please choose one session to attend.
