In tones of gold and black, two poles span the height of this square, landscape photograph, which is printed on glass. The landscape around and beyond the poles has scrubby bushes scattered across a dirt field, which leads back to a row of tall trees and a low hill, silhouetted in black against the sky. More double-poled utility towers march into the distance down the center of the composition. Several oval marks seem smudged on the surface of the glass. The photograph is framed in an elephant-gray mat with a stepped, wooden frame.
