What drives our passion for certain art pieces?
Join us for one-hour gallery talks with National Gallery interns. This session includes two dynamic presentations reflecting our interns’ diverse artistic interests and passions: Moderno’s Hercules and Antaeus (late 15th - early 16th century), Workshop of Maestro Giorgio Andreoli of Gubbio’s Shallow bowl with Hercules overcoming Antaeus (1520), Master of the Saint Lucy Legend’s Mary, Queen of Heaven (c. 1485/1500), and Luisa Roldán’s Virgin and Child (c. 1680/1686).
