Landon, Katharine Gilmour

Biography

Katharine was the daughter of Mary Truax (née Gilmour) and Robert Judson Landon. She inherited a portrait (now in the NGA) of her great-great-great-grandfather's sister, Susanna Truax [1726-1804], painted in 1730 when Susanna was a small child.
