A mixture of Segundo de Chomón’s delightful early oddities, vintage commercials, contemporary stick figure animations by Calpurnio Pisón, and more, with emphasis on humor and absurdity. Among other shorts, the program includes L’Araignée d’or/The Gold Spider (Segundo de Chomón, 1908, 9 minutes); Down the Hallways of the Congress (Ricardo García López, 1932, 2 minutes); Santiveri and Tabú (commercials, Josep Serra i Massana, 1932 – 1935, 3 minutes); Radio RCA (Enrique Ferrán, c. 1935, 2 minutes); Doodles: Manolete (Jaume Baguñà, Manuel Díaz, 1943 – 1944, 8 minutes); El bueno de Cuttlas (Calpurnio Pisón, 1991, 9 minutes); and Yellow Summer (Javier Mariscal, 1999, 5 minutes). Total running time 65 minutes
