Overview: In honor of the centenary of Pablo Picasso’s birth, the Library mounted an exhibition of material related to this famous painter, sculptor, and printmaker. From biographies and books that include original prints to books signed by the artist, the exhibition demonstrated the depth of material available for researchers on one of the most important artists of the 20th century.

Organization: The exhibition was organized by the National Gallery of Art. J. M. Edelstein, chief librarian, was curator
