The text narrates the positioning and restoration of a 1933 Chevrolet and a 1932 Dodge sedan, as they were on June 17, 1933, in the parking lot of Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the "Kansas City Massacre." It describes the events leading to Frank Nash's death and the deaths of law enforcement officials during his transport to Leavenworth Penitentiary. The narrative also mentions the creation of plaster casts of bullet holes from the incident, to be sold as memorabilia. The print is in a limited edition format, with numbering visible in the lower left corner.

Beside it, a figurine of a colonial soldier in a red coat stands front and center, with a bald eagle figurine to its left. The backdrop showcases a fabric of the American flag, contributing rich hues of red, white, and blue to the overall color palette, while touches of gold, brown, and metallic silver add depth and contrast. In the center and around, there are other smaller objects like stacked red, white, and blue crepe paper, red spheres, and an image of George Washington partially visible on the right.
