God Spread His Grace on Thee?

Jack Becker · 1978 · pen and black ink with black magic marker on yellow paper ·  Accession ID  1980.45.111

The image shows geometric shapes and lines forming abstract figures playing musical instruments and a cat on a table. The larger angular lines depict rigid representations of the humans playing a violin and wind instrument. There is a tiled floor, a patterned wall, a cat on the table, a cup, a vase with a flower, and a window. The figures and space have a surreal quality with sharp angles highlighting the faces and limbs.
