    The image depicts a landscape scene with a direct view across hilly terrain. The horizon is above the midline, dividing the black sky from the land below. Horizontal lines add texture. Silhouetted foliage with bold shapes covers the lower portion, including round bush-like forms and a prominent pine tree. The land extends towards a valley in the distance, bordered by hills. The artwork features strong contrast between black and light tan, resembling a woodcut or linocut print with solid colors and simplified forms.
