This is a photograph of a building with a flag displayed on a balcony. The building has multiple windows, closed shutters, and a set of balconies on the left. The balcony in the center displays a flag with horizontal stripes of orange, white, and green, along with an orange circle in the white section. The building is a soft orange-tan color with gray accents. To the left and right, dark green leaves frame the view. On the far right, a strip of blue might indicate sky.
