    Artwork

    The painting depicts a seaside scene from a slightly elevated viewpoint showing the panorama of the shore and sea. The horizon is high in the image, covered by the sky in deep blues shifting into lighter tones towards the center. Two sailboats are visible in the water in the distance. The brushwork is loose and expressive, creating a sense of fluidity and movement, especially in the waves. The colors consist of cool tones like blues and greens, balanced with sandy tans and touches of warm colors for the nearby figures. Figures are scattered along the shore, with rocks on the right adding texture and depth.
