    The sculpture is a profile portrait of a man, likely Sebald Schreyer, as indicated by inscriptions around the medallion which bear his name. He wears a flat, wide-brimmed hat, with curls of hair visible underneath, and a coat with a high collar and detailed fabric on the shoulders. The material appears to be silver or metal, evidenced by its smooth, metallic surface and color. The sculpture is in relief, with the portrait raised above the background. Additionally, the numbers "1512" and a monogram are inscribed next to the figure.
