The man is standing upright with his hands by his side, wearing a dark quilted jacket and a brimless hat. His facial features include a long white beard, prominent cheekbones, and a gentle smile. The man has short hair mostly covered by the hat. In the foreground, there is a display including a detailed model of a child's torso, with one arm outstretched. Next to the model is a glass case with illustrations, and on top of the case lies a tray filled with small items. The backdrop is filled with signs containing Chinese characters, suggesting the setting might be on a street with traditional shops or a market area.
