    This painting shows two children, one carrying the other. The child in the front appears to be unconscious, her eyes closed and her head hanging downward, with her arms and legs spread out to either side. This child has pale skin and short, shaggy brown hair with bangs. The other child stands behind her, carrying her, with her arms under the unconscious girl's shoulders. This child has brown skin and short, dark hair styled in two braids or pigtails. She wears white socks with black shoes. Both children wear white dresses, but the unconscious child's dress appears to be floating upward, exposing her stomach and white shorts or undergarments. The background is a solid light brown color with visible brushstrokes. Some gray lines surround the standing child, similar to shadows.
