This is a vintage comic book cover titled "Spaceways". The illustration features a theatrical design often seen in adult-themed comic art. The background is a blend of red and blue, with the title "Spaceways" at the top. In the center, there is a scene depicting a large monstrous figure clutching a small nude humanoid figure. The style of the figures is cartoonish and exaggerated, reflecting the darkly humorous tone typical of underground comics. Surrounding the central image, there are smaller circular illustrations with captions "Trashman", "Saturn Women", and "Funny Nazis". The cover advertises "Adult Comix".

The image shows bold, jagged zig-zag lines and the text "SWIFT COMICS" at the top. It includes abstract shapes and exaggerated figures resembling smiling humanoid characters and a cartoonish typography. One character holds a beer mug, another reads a comic book. A whimsical pink and blue face hovers above, and a woman-like figure in a yellow dress and bonnet appears to drink from a bottle. A small mouse with a question mark above its head sits in front. The composition is bordered in vibrant yellow.
