The image shows a group of seven people in a workplace. Five women and two men are visible, all from at least the waist up. One man is seated in the foreground, while the rest are standing. The seated man has short hair and a moustache, and is dressed in a dark suit and tie. To his left, a woman sits on the edge of a table, wearing a long dress with a high collar and an apron. The standing women wear long dresses and aprons, with their hair tied back. One woman wears a floral patterned blouse with a belt. Accessories include brooches and an object held by one man. The background features shelves with folded fabrics and bundled items, as well as a metal stove on the right side. The floor is wooden, and the setting suggests a well-organized environment.
