The image features a group of people depicted in an etching style. Various figures are shown in full body view, with some standing and others seated. Two men on the left are conversing, one holding a cane. Their faces are expressive with lined features, beards, and they wear long robes and distinctive hats. Another man in the background sits on a stone ledge, also dressed in flowing garments and a turban. To the right, two men are in discussion, one wearing a tall hat. The background shows architecture with large stone columns and high arched openings that create shadow and light contrasts.
