The sculpture on this circular medal depicts a classical scene of a seated figure being crowned. The central figure, seated on a throne, is draped in a toga and holds a rod. To the right, a winged figure extends a crown towards the seated individual. At the left, three standing figures observe, with the leftmost one also holding a staff. The scene is crafted in relief, with detailed figures and attire. Surrounding the central group, there are inscriptions along the top and bottom edges. The top reads "PROPRIO JAM JURE ANIMO PATERNO" and the bottom notes "INAUGURATUS DIE JULII XIX ANNO MDCCCXXI." The sculpture is made from a bronze-like metal, giving it a warm, metallic sheen.
