The image shows three individuals. In the center, a person lies down with their head tilted back. They have closed eyes, a slightly open mouth, short wavy hair, and a draped cloth over part of their lower body. Another person sits behind them and a third person lies near the central figure's feet. The second person has long hair, wears draped clothing, and looks downward. The background features textured or rocky surfaces. The engraving is signed "Paulus Troger in: fecit" at the bottom.
