Both women are looking slightly upward and to the left. The woman on the left has curly hair, while the one on the right wears a headscarf. They have soft expressions and delicate features. Both are dressed in flowing gowns, with the woman on the right holding a folded piece of fabric or a book. A dog lays at their feet, partially covered with fabric. The background shows a landscape with clouds, a large tree, rolling hills, and trees.
