This is a drawing of a heraldic emblem or seal. The image features an intricately designed coat of arms at its center, surrounded by a circular frame containing Latin text. The coat of arms is quartered into several sections with distinctive symbols, including multiple lions, fleur-de-lis, and a harp. Above the coat of arms is an ornate crown, and beneath it is a garter with the lettering "Honi soit qui mal y pense." The outer inscription appears in a reverse order. Surrounding the central imagery, the drawing features elaborative lines and hatching.
