The image depicts an elderly man holding a young child upside down by the ankle in his left hand. The man is walking and has a muscular body. His facial features include a prominent forehead, a long, bushy beard, and a partially bald head with hair at the sides. He wears a cloth draped across one shoulder, which ties around his waist. In his right hand, he holds a large scythe. The ground beneath him is textured, suggesting grass or foliage. Behind him, there is an intertwining of animal forms, including parts of a goat with horns and a serpent's tail. The top left corner of the image is inscribed with the word "SATVRNVS" and a symbol resembling the astrological sign for Saturn, while the top right corner features the year "1569" alongside the initials "ADB." The overall background is a plain, textured surface.
