This is a drawing of a serene rural scene. The intricate composition includes a large ox or bull lying down with a wooden yoke around its neck. The animal appears to be resting in a field, surrounded by lush foliage and soft undulating terrain in the background. Next to the animal, at the left side of the drawing, cloth or fabric is draped, creating an area that appears cushioned or soft. The use of fine lines and cross-hatching gives the scene a detailed texture, emphasizing the various elements within the landscape. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, with an emphasis on rural life.
