The image shows an older man kneeling and facing slightly upwards. His head is turned towards the left, and his hands are clasped together in front of him. He has a prominent forehead, flowing beard, receding hairline, short curly hair, and is dressed in long, flowing robes. In front of him lies a book with a cross on its cover, and a set of large keys are placed atop the book, each positioned just below his hands. The background consists of a cave-like setting with textured walls, and there are a few branches or leaves visible at the top. The lower portion of the image contains Latin text.
