This is a drawing of a crucifixion scene. It shows soldiers and onlookers, a figure on a cross with a sign above inscribed with the letters "INRI." Several figures are gathered around the base of the cross, with different expressions and gestures. Some hold spears while others seem to be conversing or pointing towards the figure on the cross. The background features linework indicating a landscape with trees and distant hills, creating depth and setting. The style resembles early engravings or woodcuts, characterized by heavy use of lines and detailed textures to convey form and shadow.
