The image shows a scene with a boat placed beside a building or house. There is a figure near the boat, slightly to the right. The brushstrokes are heavily textured, done with an etching technique using rough and deliberate lines. The color palette is monochromatic, in shades of black and gray. Wooden beams or planks are scattered around, leading the eye towards the boat and the figure. In the distance, there are walls and abstract forms, with a suggestion of leaves or branches at the top right of the image.
