Artist, German, active c. 1450 - 1475

The image shows an elderly man standing in a robe, facing slightly to the right. He has a halo with rays around his head and holds a stick in his left hand and a radiant sun emblem with the letters "IHS" in his right hand. A flying dove carrying a cross hovers near his head. A smaller figure is kneeling in front of him and holds a key-like object. Several mitres are at his feet, and the background is plain.
