This is a photograph of a piece of embroidered fabric featuring alphabets and numbers. The fabric showcases a series of letters organized in rows, progressing from A to Z. The embroidery is done in a contrasting lighter color against the dark fabric, making each letter visibly distinct. Below the alphabet, there are numeric sequences and additional letters continuing from the top half. Towards the lower section of the fabric, there is a text inscription, dated "1814". The edges appear slightly worn, giving a vintage feel to the piece. The detailed needlework and composition indicate that this could be a sampler.
