The image shows a sketch of an entire human figure seated in a squatting position. The figure's head is tilted slightly backward with exaggerated features, displaying pronounced eyes, a large nose, and full lips. The hair is short and close to the scalp. The person is depicted wearing loose-fitting, flowing garments that cover most of the figure except for the bare feet. The figure's left hand is extended outward, palm up, while the right hand rests on the knee. The drawing is monochrome, using bold black lines against a plain cream-colored background.
