There are three embroidered floral motifs on a canvas in warm and earthy tones with highlights of pink, green, orange, blue, and yellow. The top left motif has a pink flower with blue-green leaves, the center motif displays a tree with green and orange leaves, and the lower motif has blue flowers on a brown stem. The motifs are outlined on a page with a handwritten note in the upper right corner.
