This is a painting of a decorative textile design featuring a horse and other motifs. The composition includes a central image of a brown horse within a square frame with red and cream sections. The horse is shown with a saddle, on a patch of grass, with its mane and tail flowing. Surrounding this central panel are intricate designs including motifs of antlered deer heads, a bear, and floral elements. The art is bordered by fringes on the top and bottom in shades of red and pink. On the top and bottom red panels, there are initials or monograms rendered in golden lettering. Decorative bands with floral patterns run along the sides.
