The circular medallion features a prominent eagle with wings spread wide in the center. Above the eagle are stylized flame-like shapes. Below the eagle, there is a rectangular tablet or plaque with the inscription "12 FEBR 1918" surrounded by circular indentations, resembling buttons or rivets. The tablet is flanked by two scales of justice on each side. The edges of the medallion are inscribed with the words "PROGRAMM WELTFRIEDENS." The medallion appears to be metallic with a coppery brown color, potentially bronze. The surface is smooth with raised designs and text.
