The image shows a chaotic composition of thick, curved lines and rough textures. There are shapes resembling two face-like figures, one with large lips and intense eyes in the foreground and a smaller figure slightly behind. Contrasting dark and light areas create a dynamic surface. Hatching lines and smudged textures give the appearance of scratched surfaces or rock art.
