The image shows a sketch with a seated woman and child, alongside a separate figure of a man. The woman is reclining on her side, looking down at the child she is holding. The child faces her with short curly hair. The woman appears minimally clothed, with drapery lines indicating clothing around her lower body. On the right side of the image, there is a sketch of a bearded man wearing a helmet and possibly armor, with outlines suggesting curly hair or a plume on the helmet. The background is the brown-toned paper.
