Artist, German, 1806 - 1847

The image shows a landscape view from an elevated position. There are mountains meeting the sky at the horizon. Soft, rolling hills blend into mountain ranges in the distance, creating depth. The brushstrokes are delicate, giving a watercolor texture. The color palette consists of pastel shades - light blues, greens, and earthy browns dominate. Closest to us are gentle slopes with vegetation and pathways.
