Printed in very dark brown on white paper, curling, zigzagging, and straight lines, some delicate and some gouged, are spaced fairly evenly across this horizontal, abstract engraving and drypoint. Most of the deeply cut lines are in the lower right quadrant with a couple curving across the left half. Some of the delicate lines create the impression of crescent moons, birds, and shapes among what first appears to be chaos. Graphite writing in the lower margin in the right corner reads, “38/50.”
