A man with a round face and straight, ear-length hair stands at the foot of a mural that fills the background of this vertical black and white photograph. The man looks at us with shaded eyes, and he wears a light-colored collared shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. He wears a checked tie and crosses his arms, holding one cupped hand up as if shielding a cigarette from a breeze. The abstracted mural behind him shows a person with their face tipped up and one hand raised. The mouth and eyes are wide open. The person’s features are painted with dark outlines against a dark background.
