A row of four orange blocks, each with the word "FACE" printed backward and in darker orange, lines the target along the top edge. The trim around the blocks and across the top quarter of the etching is streaked with tones of light tan and brown. The uppermost slat is separated from the words below by a thin blue line and two darker brown sections suggesting hinges. The printed image is surrounded by a wide white margin. Pencil inscriptions under the printed image reads “WORKING PROOF WITH IN ADDITION” to the left and "J J '79" to the right.
