This is a drawing of a figure in a dynamic pose above a resting figure. The composition features two distinct sections on a textured paper. On the left, there is an ink drawing of a stylized figure running or leaping with its arms and legs stretched wide. Below this figure, another figure is lying horizontally. The background is shaded dark, creating a stark contrast with the highlighted figures. To the right, there is a lighter pencil sketch of a figure in a seated or crouched pose. The overall effect is a study in contrast between movement and stillness, as well as light and dark.
